By accessing or using NotesAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

NotesAI is a voice-first AI-powered note-taking application that allows users to:
- Create, edit, and organize notes
- Use voice commands to interact with an AI agent
- Sync notes across devices
- Export notes to various formats
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Acceptable Use
You Agree To:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Use the App as intended
You Agree NOT To:
- Store illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the App
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts)
- Share your account
- Upload malicious code
- Harass or harm other users
- Bypass security measures
AI-Generated Content
Important: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content.
Voice Processing
- Voice commands are processed by AI services (Google Gemini AI and/or OpenAI)
- Voice data is transmitted to third-party AI providers
- We do not control how AI providers process your voice data
Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to content you create
- AI-generated content based on your input belongs to you
- We do not claim ownership of your notes
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
- The App and its design are owned by us
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
- You retain ownership of content you create
Fees and Payment
- The App is currently free to use
- We may introduce paid features with 30 days notice
- You may cancel if you disagree with pricing changes
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time
- Usage limits or rate limits may apply
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with:
- Google Gemini AI
- OpenAI
- Supabase
You agree to comply with their terms of service.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
- Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
AI Limitations
- AI-generated content may contain errors
- Voice recognition may not always be accurate
- The App does not provide professional advice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or data
- Service interruptions
- AI-generated content errors
- Third-party service failures
Maximum liability: $100 USD or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
- Contact us first to attempt informal resolution
- US users: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
- You waive jury trial and class action rights
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App.
